Pat Kilby
Executive Director
Founder
Pat Kilby is the founder and Executive Director of Anapauo Group Ministries. He has pastored churches in North Carolina, Oklahoma and Georgia and is the Senior Pastor of Cary First Baptist Church in Cary, North Carolina.
Pat and his wife, Angela, have four children — Myles, Cory and his wife Kiana, Olivia, and Britton.
Pat’s philosophy for life is to strive to live in such a way that others see Christ in him. This philosophy is based on Matthew 5:16 where Jesus said, “Let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father in heaven” (CSB).
Pat is a graduate of Fruitland Baptist Bible College, Gardner-Webb University and New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary with Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry degrees.
Pat and Angela have a heart for encouraging pastors, ministry leaders and their spouses and have been blessed and honored to do so for many years. They are excited about the opportunity to serve others through Anapauo Group Ministries.
Marty Dupree

Martin Dupree and his wife, Angela, live in Garner, NC and have five children – Wheeler (married to Logan), Courtney (married to Al Dickens IV), Darcy, Dawson, and Harper Ruth.
Marty’s personal mission statement is: to know Christ personally and to make Him known publicly! His family mission statement is: to love and serve God, forever. To love and serve each other. To pray for and care for others and to tell them about Jesus!
Marty has served as the Senior Consultant of Adult Evangelism & Discipleship for the Baptist State Convention of NC for over 15 years (1999-2016). Currently, he serves as the Director of Missions for the Little River Baptist Association based out of Lillington, NC. His focus is to be a pastor to pastors, missions mobilization, revializing & replanting churches, and establishing new church plants.
Marty received his B.S. from University of North Carolina. He received his Master of Divinity degree, and has completed all but his dissertation for Doctor of Ministry degree, at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.
Angela Kilby

Angela Kilby serves on the board of Anapaou Group Ministries and is a pastor’s wife and follower of Christ. The Lifeway Spiritual Gifts survey reveals her strengths are discernment, service/helps, exhortation and faith.
Angela has been involved in music ministry, women’s ministry, and children’s ministry. She has experience as a business owner in the medical field. She currently serves as the secretary of the Board of Directors for the Baptist State Convention of North Carolina and is a licensed real estate broker.
Angela and her husband, Pat, have four adult children and one daughter-in-law, and all six family members are her favorite people in the world.
Having experienced 29 years of ministry alongside her husband, Angela loves connecting with other pastor’s wives. The scriptures she refers to most often are Proverbs 3:5-6 and Galatians 2:20.
Steve Keen

Steve Keen is an eastern North Carolina native, U.S. Navy Veteran and successful entrepreneur who has earned a reputation for serving others throughout his 40-year career, both in business and through civic involvement. Steve and his wife, Beverly, live in western Wayne County, North Carolina.
Steve founded and successfully built Adam’s, Inc. and Adam’s Auto Spa in 1982, expanding the company to multiple locations before the business was sold in 2006. He also founded Atlantic Coast Deliveries, a yacht delivery company, and is former owner of Waterway’s Sailing and Charters and Tow Boat/US/Beaufort. He is a former licensed U.S. Merchant Marine Officer of the United States Coast Guard. Steve founded ADAIR, LLC in 2007.
Steve has served his community and eastern North Carolina in a number of capacities. In 2016, Governor Pat McCrory presented Steve with the Order of the Long Leaf Pine, North Carolina’s highest civilian honor.
Steve and Beverly have two children, Blair Keen Barnes and Adam, both graduates of East Carolina, and five grandchildren, Adair Grace Barnes, Keller David Barnes, Preston Ford Keen, Campbell Frances Keen and Brody Franklin Keen.
